All orders are sent via Australia Post or our courier partners which means:
✔ a signature is required upon delivery (this may not be required during Covid19)
✔ tracking is available online
✔If the delivery address is unattended, your order will be left in a secure place.
Your tracking number:
Once your order shipped out from our warehouse, we will email a tracking number to you so you can track it.
If no one's there to receive the delivery:
✔ Australia Post will leave you a card in your mailbox and get you to collect it from the nearest post office, or
✔ Courier will leave you a card or send you an email/SMS to arrange another delivery or pick up to the nearest pick-up point in your area.
Your order will be dispatched within 2 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday)
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then we will organize a refund or replacement.
Return/refund/replacement is excluding the shipping charges
A replacement for the Product that you ordered will be shipped to you at our expense after we have received your returned Product (does not apply to change of mind returns).
- Replacement products are subject to the same warranties and consumer guarantees as to the original product. However, the change of mind guarantee will no longer apply.
- There will be a 20% restocking fee for change of mind.
Transit/transport damage to goods
Photographic evidence of packaging and damage to the goods must be provided to MECOLA within 24 hours of the Goods being delivered. Please email the photos and supporting documents to info@mecola.com.au along with your original order number.
Please note the failure of reporting to MECOLA on any damage in transit within 24hours will result in the claim being rejected as the courier company will not accept the claim.
