All orders are sent via Australia Post or our courier partners which means:
​​​​​✔ a signature is required upon delivery (this may not be required during Covid19)
✔ tracking is available online
✔If the delivery address is unattended, your order will be left in a secure place.

Your tracking number:
Once your order shipped out from our warehouse, we will email a tracking number to you so you can track it.

If no one's there to receive the delivery:
✔ Australia Post will leave you a card in your mailbox and get you to collect it from the nearest post office, or
✔ Courier will leave you a card or send you an email/SMS to arrange another delivery or pick up to the nearest pick-up point in your area.

Your order will be dispatched within 2 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday)
​​​​​​In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then we will organize a refund or replacement.

Return Postage:
We will cover return postage cost only in the event when the items that you have received are faulty. Any return outside this such as change of mind, the buyer will need to cover the cost.
